Life is good today.

Happy Birthday to ME!!
It’s taken weeks to recover from the festivities but I’m finally getting around to my birthday bashes. It’s no understatement to say I was really looking forward to it.
It started a month earlier when I was able to visit with my cousin, Daisy, and my Aunt Star and Grandpop, David.
But things didn’t really get started until the day itself when everyone came over to my crib to jam.
Wow, that was exhausting. But the party wasn’t over. Only hours later, traipsing down to Princeton, I kicked it off again.
Thanks y’all!! I had such a good time I’m thinking of doing it again next year!
Love,
H

The Vineyard
A couple months ago, I had the pleasure of visiting Martha’s Vineyard and the small group of tight knit families that my Mother spent time with when she was just a wee lass.
Now they’re all grown and their children have children of their own. Older than even me! And I loved watching them play. I can’t wait until I can do what they’re doing!
That night, we all went out to eat and my silly Dad kept carrying me in that dang pouch. I said, “Dude! Hook me with a chair, aiight? I can do it. Look me in the eye: ‘I can do this.'”
Yeah, that’s what I’m talking about! Now I can see everyone. Now I can play like everyone else!
YEAH!! THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT!! BOOOYAAA!
What? What’s so funny?
